of PT. Indofood Makmur
The company was founded under the
name of PT Panganjaya Intikusuma based on the Deed of Establishment 228 dated
August 14, 1990 as amended by Act 249 dated November 15, 1990 and were amended
by Act 171 dated June 20, 1991, all of them made before Benny Kris, SH .,
Notary in Jakarta and has been approved by the Minister for Justice of the
Republic of Indonesia based on Decree No.C2-2915.HT.01.01Th.91 dated July 12,
1991, and was registered in the South Jakarta District Court under the 579, 580
and 581 dated August 5, 1991, and published in. News of the Republic of
Indonesia # 12 dated February 11, 1992, Supplement 611. The Company changed its
name originally PT Panganjaya Intikusuma to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, based on
the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting Shareholders who poured dakam
Deed of Minutes of Meeting # 51 dated February 5, 1994 made by Benny
Kristianto, SH., Notary in Jakarta. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. is one
of the instant noodles and processed foods leading Indonesia into one of the
branches of companies owned by the Salim Group.
PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur
Tbk. Bandung branch was established in May 1992 under the name PT Inti Karya
Sejati Food which is one branch of PT Sanmaru Food manufcturing Company Ltd.
which is based in Jakarta and began operating in October 1992. At that time the
number of employees who have as many as 200 people.
In 1994, there was a merger of
several subsidiaries that are in the scope of the Indofood Group, changing its
name to PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. which is specially engaged in the
processing of instant noodles. Instant noodle division is the largest division
in Indofood and the factory spread across 15 cities, including Medan,
Pekanbaru, Palembang, Tangerang, Lampung, Pontianak, Manado, Semarang,
Surabaya, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Cibitung, Jakarta, Bandung and Jambi, whereas
a branch without factory namely Solo, Bali and Kendari. It is intended that the
resulting products fairly distributed to the region around the town where the
plant is located, so that the product can be accepted by consumers in a fresh
state and government through the equalization program help the local workforce.

through internal business areas and strategic business development; (2) reduce
transportation costs; (3) always improve the welfare of employees; (4) supply
other areas that is always a shortage of inventory; and (5) participate in
environmental conservation and improvement of people's welfare.

Sukses Makmur. In the beginning, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. is a
company engaged in the processing of foods and beverages established in 1971.
PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur continued to progress. This is evidenced by the
distribution of the products marketed pesebaran. Currently, PT. possess 36
factories, more than 10 brands with 150 flavors and types of distributors
serving nearly 150,000 outlets.

area offices and a factory covering an area of 61 640 m². Bandung branch of
